Skill Description: System Engineer

• Requirements analysis taking stakeholder requirements/business processes and decomposing them to system-level requirements;
• Customer and stakeholder coordination and briefings in a virtual, multi-location environment;
• Allocation of decomposed requirements to architecture components as well as to deployed hardware and software;
• Development and maintenance of multi-view architecture products following industry standard methodologies and the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF);
• Requirements management and reporting utilizing the RequisitePro;
• Analysis/queries of System Problem Reports in Rational ClearQuest;
• Development and maintenance of full development lifecycle system documentation including requirements specification, requirements traceability matrices, functional specifications, design specifications, user interface specifications, etc;
• Technical reviews and test support to ensure software design/testing is consistent with requirements and architecture;
• Good written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask;
• Experience in all areas of the entire lifecycle;

-All candidate must have recent �hands-on� experience within the last two years; overall 3-10 years of experience.
