--Experience with test system development to include hardware and software development of rack mounted test systems

--Experience with programming in Java, or similar object oriented programming language (C++, C#, etc.)

--Experience in a test language such as LabView/Test Stand

--Experience in development of test executive software in support of high volume manufacturing operations

--RF testing background (specifically, over the air testing and S-parameter measurements)

--Hands on, ability to work without immediate supervision and/or additional resources.

--Ability to pass background check.

--Experience with MS Project.

--Extensive travel (possibly international) to contract manufacturer

--Experience with test equipment (Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

--Experience with programming in Java

--Familiarity/Experience with database programming

--Fluent in Spanish

Tasks:

--Work with engineering team to document assembly level production tests that need to be accomplished

--Define the requirements of the system to support production assembly testing for circuit cards and assemblies

--Design a rack-mounted production test system to meet requirements

--Documentation of test system to include all test specifications � operating procedures, product test specifications, and calibration procedures

--Documentation of test system hardware with support of draftsman and/or mechanical engineer

--Build the production test system (either outsource or work with in-house assemblers)

--Expand upon an existing test executive � either expand to utilize a database, or incorporate test language tools such as NI Test Stand

--Provide board level test specifications to contract manufacturer

--Oversee contract manufacturer�s board level test design to include conceptual design, periodic, and  final design reviews

--Troubleshoot on-site (contract manufacturer) testing / manufacturing issues

--Interface with vendors for production operation

--Interface between Client and assembly subcontractors.  Need a person who understands mechanical issues, but can troubleshoot electrical problems with a multimeter
