The ideal Senior Engineer candidate will have a Bachelors of Science Degree with major emphasis on Computer Science or related Information Technology (IT) disciplines.  He or she will have approximately 10-years experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) customers, specializing in software quality assurance, programming (esp Java) / software delivery, n-tier web development, Oracle Database development / management, and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).  Likewise, the ideal candidate will have three to five years experience supporting small but complex IT Programs in technical, personnel, and program leadership capacities while using a firm understanding of Project Management Institute (PMI) based project management principles and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) support methodologies.  This position requires a SECRET Clearance.

Oracle DB skills, Oracle DB construction skills.  10g would be the preferred version.

Fluent in PL/SQL

Web services experience (weblogic would be great

Java, C#

XML / XSD

Secret Clearance
