1.7.  FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT.  Up to 2,000 hours of Web Based Training (WBT) may be added over the next 12 to 15 months.  Each course will be loaded a minimum of three (3) times -- two (2) times to the Staging (Test) environment and one (1) time to the Production (Live) environment.  The following tasks detail the requirements to support successful integration and online delivery operations.

1.7.1.  Task One – The contractor shall provide technical expertise to courseware developers in troubleshooting integration issues and quality assurance of course content for operation on the platform within two (2) duty days of receipt from the QAP.

1.7.2.  Task Two – The contractor shall load developed courses and course segments to the Staging (Test) and Production (Live) sites within two (2) duty days of receipt from the QAP.

1.7.3.  Task Three –The contractor shall conduct reviews and tests of developed courses to ensure proper functionality on within two (2) duty days of receipt from the QAP.  The task shall include documentation of findings and results from each review and test activity.

1.8.3 Minimum Qualifications:

1.8.3.1 ADLS Tech Support Level 2:  Read, write, and speak English fluently.  Two (2) years of experience developing SCORM 1.2 and 2004 web-based content and experience with Adobe Creative Suites software or comparable experience is highly desired.

1.8.3.2 ADLS Tech Support Level 1:  Read, write, and speak English fluently.  Experience utilizing MS Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience navigating online websites, or comparable experience is highly desired.
