We are on retainer with a Global Solutions organization who is looking for a SAP IP Managing Consultant (THIS is a Full time Employee position). This position requires 80% plus travel so you will not have to relocate and can live in any city/state in the USA.

The SAP Integrated Planning Consultant will be responsible for full lifecycle successful delivery of technical and functional components of SAP based Planning and Forecasting solutions. This position will apply technical knowledge/experience of SAP SEM BPS and the new NW2004s Integrated Planning. This role will use formal methodologies during requirements gathering, design, build/test and deployment.
Responsibilities include using SAP IP/NW 2004S IP to develop planning/forecasting models, collect and aggregate plan/forecast data, evaluate plan/forecast results, report annual plans and forecasts to both senior level operational and financial management. Preferred candidates will have an overall understanding and knowledge of SAP BI and experience with other planning/forecasting tools (Hyperion, Cognos) etc.
5+ years hands-on SAP experience including 3 full life cycle implementations based on structured methodology with hands on configuration. 3+ yrs hands-on experience with SAP IP/SEM BPS (SAP IP preference) Must have SAP IP solution design and development, SAP BW knowledge, Ability to articulate solutions and concepts to clients and team members, ability to generate recommendations based on strong quantitative and analytics, team lead experience with hands on developed project deliverables – formal structured methodology. As the majority of our work is performed at the clients’ site, 100% travel will be required and candidates must live near major metropolitan airports.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
Must have 5 years of SAP Experience in either SAP BI/BW or SEM BPS
3 years of hands on SAP IP/SEM BPS experience with hands on configuration
Must have team lead and project management experience for at least 1 SAP IP Solution
Must have previous consulting firm team lead or project management experience with formal structured methodology |
