· Provides expert opinions on business process reengineering strategy and conducts studies with potential costs and benefits to support management, organizational, and business process improvement efforts.

· Develops CONOPS and maps out business processes and business rules; evaluates specialized tools and solutions to aid in business change.

· Provides support in implementing new policy/procedures, processes, techniques, metrics/models, and other time/cost saving initiatives; works with project teams to transition to a new business process and evaluates the success of the reengineered process.

· Provides daily supervision and direction to BPR Specialists or other project personnel.

· Experience in commercial and/or DoD supply chain, functional experience in commercial supply chain best practices, and/or benchmarking, and/or knowledge management design and implementation.

· Experience providing expert opinion in regards to business process reengineering strategy.

· Experience developing CONOPs and mapping out business processes and rules.

· Experience supporting implementation of new policy/procedures, processes, techniques, metrics/models, and other time/cost saving initiatives.

· Experience evaluating specialized tools and solutions to aid in business transformation.

· Experience with Air Distribution and/or transportation (e.g. TACC Operations of Channel Missions, Special Assignment Airlift Missions (SAAM), Air Tenders, World Wide Express (WWX), etc.)

· Experience with determining optimal aircraft type for transportation based upon cargo type, pallet contour, and material flow/route

· Experience with Performance metrics that measure and track performance improvements

· Working knowledge of Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) contracts and/or operations

· Knowledge of Services Air Clearance Authorities (ACAs)

· Specialized experience may also include engineering and scientific roles while in commercial industry or government, best practice definition and implementation, facilitation, training, methodology development and deployment, process reengineering, change management, organizational development, advanced analysis and modeling, deployment of information technology, and/or management of personnel.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills. History of presenting complex problems in simple, business-oriented terms for review with senior program management, as well as first-line supervisors and middle management.

· Supply chain, SCOR, BPR, and/or Lean/Six Sigma training/certification.
