Role:
Serve as a Training Developer of Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) capabilities for the Training Development Team on the GFEBS Project. The primary responsibilities for this role include the knowledge identifying concepts and activities users will need to know to develop and execute reports, ad-hoc queries, and navigation within BOE. It will be crucial for the Lead Training Developer to come up to speed quickly with the current GFEBS solution as it pertains to existing training materials, the BOE approach, and SAP process areas for which it impacts. The Lead Training Developer will be responsible developing the BOE Training Approach, Workplan, and Schedule as well as develop and update BOE training and performance support materials. The Lead Training Developer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective client and cross-team relationships and ensuring that other BOE Training Developers are able to develop training materials and execute tasks specific for their area of work.

Responsibilities:
The Business Objects Enterprise Lead Training Developer is responsible for developing and updating training and performance support materials by serving as a process owner and content expert for the Training and Performance Support Team. The Business Objects Enterprise Lead Training Developer is responsible for activities, including but not limited to:
Develop Training Materials
§ Serve in a Supervisory Capacity- Develop a BOE Training Approach, Workplan, and Schedule which aligns to the overall BI R3 effort and BOE Training Delivery Effort
§ Ownership and Coordination of Materials - Develop high-quality training and performance support materials. Coordinate updates to existing training materials with the Release Developers. Training Materials may include include: Instructor and Participant Guides; Online Help Procedures; Business Process Flows; Application Simulation Tutorials; Course Assessments; Job Aids; Concept Slides; Role Descriptions/Role to T-Code Mapping; Course Catalog; Other Instructional materials, as necessary.
§ Collaboration - Work collaboratively with the Functional Integrated Project Team (FIPT) core team, Business Intelligence Team, and client SMEs to define, develop, review, and finalize content. Incorporate all review feedback and obtain sign off on all deliverables and work products from process owners and SMEs.
§ Standards and Traceability - Ensure all training materials conform to the development standards and procedures. Ensure materials maintain quality, and traceability to requirements throughout the development process. Work with other training developers to ensure that consistency is maintained in approach and process of information gathering and documentation.
§ Updates to Materials - Update training materials with SIRs/CRs identified. Analysis SIRs/CRs, including the level of impact and potential cross course impacts.
§ Software Expertise – Have expertise in the RWD Info Pak tool used to develop the training materials. Have expertise in one or more modules in the SAP system.
